Dell Technologies, in collaboration with NVIDIA, has launched an expansive suite of infrastructure and services under the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, unveiling the next evolution of its enterprise AI portfolio. The announcement concerns a considerable initiative aimed at enabling wider accessibility of AI to businesses while allowing faster and more scalable cross-industry deployments.
This change also expands compute, data, and network management, which facilitates the advancement of AI and simplifies the transition from pilot programs to enterprise-wide implementation.
Meeting Enterprise Demand for Scalable AI
“Incorporation of AI as a core pillar in enterprise strategy leads to accelerated retrieval of accessible skill sets and technologies. This, exponentially, increases when organizations move from the testing stage to execution,” the announcement by Dell reads. Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA seeks to provide fully integrated, turnkey AI systems to address this concern.
The upgrade is powered by a new generation of Dell PowerEdge servers—now featuring air and liquid cooled models to enhance integration in existing data centers and improve rack-scale deployments. These servers support configurations up to 256 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs per Dell IR7000 rack, enabling up to 4x faster LLM training through the 8-way NVIDIA HGX B300 fully integrated modular system.
Another focus of Dell is NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 with Dell PowerEdge XE9712, which AI has designed to greatly accelerate training performance and inference lift. Through efficient rack-scale design and newly implemented PowerCool, Dell claims that output on this PowerEdge platform can reach 50x AI reasoning inference output with 5x improvement on throughput.
Anticipating forward, AI-powered physical and agentic applications such as robotics, digital twins, and multi-modal AI will be possible with RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs added to PowerEdge XE7745 4U chassis set to launch in July 2025.
AI workloads require a robust data backbone.
Understanding that powering with efficient data is imperative for AI, Dell is recognized for integrating changes that further structure it’s data management system. Enhancements to Dell ObjectScale and Dell PowerScale are directed to support large-scale AI deployments while improving cost-efficiency and minimizing data center footprints.
Dell ObjectScale boosted GPU performance efficiency for high-demand AI applications by enabling S3 over RDMA with up to 230% more throughput, 80% lower latency, and 98% reduced CPU burden compared to older S3 protocols.
Dell has combined KV cache technology and NVIDIA’s NIXL Libraries with PowerScale, Project Lightning, and PowerEdge XE servers to enhance their performance solution stack, focusing on distributed inference workloads.
These curated data insights will serve more complex applications and agentic AI tools, integrated with the NVIDIA AI Data Platform and provided through Dell’s new integrated platform.

The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA now features NVIDIA AI Enterprise, which includes NIM, NeMo microservices, Blueprints, NeMo Retriever for RAG, and Llama Nemotron reasoning models, enabling companies to build sophisticated AI models more efficiently.
These capabilities bundled with Red Hat OpenShift offer enterprises streamlined deployment, operational flexibility, and enterprise-grade security—essential for critical business AI workloads.
